What's a
TurDucKen?
our famous
TurDucKen
Alpine Steakhouse is the first, and remains the only, place in the whole state that sells fresh TurDucKen, a contemporary Cajun dish. The dish is immensely complicated, requiring the knife skills of a surgeon and with actual roasting time, takes 16 hours to prepare.
Our TurDucKen is a Boneless Chicken, stuffed inside a Boneless Duck, stuffed inside a Boneless Turkey!
-
Three layers of stuffing between each bird
-
Cornbread stuffing with sage sausage, sauteed onions, and celery
-
Spinach stuffing with all the goodies, including, sauteed onions, bell peppers, celery, parmesan cheese, and fresh garlic
-
Our homemade Andouille Sausage with fresh roasted red bell peppers on top
“Nobody does it like this anymore!
These guys even make their own sausage and roasts the peppers they put into it”
